Frequently Asked Questions
Concierge Law is not a law firm, but rather a platform to allow law firms to adopt a modern, subscription-based model.
Concierge Law was co-founded by Ian Holzhauer and Cindy Campbell. Cindy is an estate planning attorney with a wealth of experience, and Ian has extensive experience in corporate transactional and estate planning work. Ian is a veteran of the Air Force JAG Corps and an elected official, as well as a practicing attorney. As young parents, both Ian and Cindy are strong believers in improving the practice of law for both clients and attorneys, and improving work-life balance.
The legal industry currently faces challenges with the traditional billable hours model. Clients and attorneys can become frustrated due to billing unpredictability. Law firms also struggle with the absence of recurring revenue, affecting their sustainability and growth.
Concierge Law offers a CRM platform and support to help lawyers transition to a subscription-based model. This model enhances client satisfaction, facilitates a strong attorney-client relationship, and provides law firms with consistent predictable revenue.
